Anneliese joined Urban Foresight having led net zero and waste action plans at local authorities in London and the North-East of England. With 14 years’ experience working at the interface of the public, non-profit and private sectors, she manages complex partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

As the European strategy lead at one of the world’s leading environmental Non-Governmental Organisations, she has been at forefront of technology and policy-tool developments  accelerating the circular economy transition.

A qualified solicitor, Anneliese is skilled in using co-production methods to influence legal reform and create the conditions for whole-systems change by providing inclusive platforms for new and under-represented voices in the energy sector.

She has two Masters degrees – in Innovation, Technology and Environmental Law, and in Natural Sciences. In addition, she holds postgraduate qualifications in Climate Change Science, Energy and Business Practice, and in Advanced Greenhouse Gas Accounting, Net Zero Targets and Carbon Reduction Planning.
