Clive has over thirty years’ experience in delivering complex, innovative, technology-based transformation programmes; covering the full lifecycle from inception to benefit realisation, including the development of strategic and tactical interventions to recover failing initiatives.
A professionally qualified accountant and project manager with experience of working in a wide range of industries across the public, private and not-for profit sectors. Clive has a deep understanding of the governance and sponsorship approaches, necessary for the effective delivery of transformational change; having led programmes in the capacity of both senior executive and external consultant, together with ten years’ experience of building and leading public-private, business process, outsourcing partnerships.
Prior to joining Urban Foresight, Clive held director level positions at Openreach, BT, BBC, the Association of Train Operating Companies and KPMG.
He thrives on challenge and has a track record of “making things happen” through the creation the initial vision and rationale for change, supplemented by the development of high performing, multi-disciplinary teams and partnerships.
Clive is committed to addressing environmental and societal issues, mentoring voluntary and not-for-profit organisations in the development and delivery of appropriate, sustainable solutions.
