Euan has a keen interest in economic development with a focus on creating sustainable solutions to economic issues. He has a particular interest in economic improvement within the agriculture sector.
He studied Economics at the University of Glasgow. Euan’s degree covered a variety of economic topics ranging from central bank models to behavioural economics. His studies gave him a valuable insight into the effects that economic policy and related decisions have on both businesses and individuals.
For Euan’s dissertation he investigated the impact of Brexit on Scotland’s agriculture industry. He used a number of statistical methods to produce data for his study and by using another country as a control group, Euan was able to successfully evaluate the impacts of Brexit on the Scottish agriculture sector.
