Fiona is an experienced leader who has successfully pivoted across a variety of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, media, sport, and technology.
During her time at NatWest Group, she led a project to collaborate with Professor Dave Reay, University of Edinburgh on a podcast series to shine a spotlight on carbon emissions in agriculture. This helped to cement the Royal Bank business brand as a thought leader in this sector.
She is passionate about helping businesses succeed and was an assessor with funding organisation Scottish Edge, assessing entrepreneurs’ funding applications.
Recently, Fiona worked on a cause-related disability campaign, to help people live independently through smart communication technology.
Earlier in her career she spent 10 years with the makers of Gore-Tex® fabric in business development and product design roles, travelling internationally.
Fiona has degrees in Marketing, in Corporate Communications & Public Affairs, and Clothing & Textiles.
