Having previously worked as a Service Manager in the NHS Hayley is committed to removing barriers which prevent those in marginalised communities accessing quality healthcare.

During her time at University College London Hospitals, she gained experience in healthcare management, strategically and operationally leading a variety of internal and external projects.

As a result, she has become particularly skilled in engaging stakeholders across many different sectors.

With a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Warwick she combines her experience as a healthcare manager with Urban Foresight’s place-based approach to tackle these inequalities.
