Jacob has over seven years’ experience in financial accounting & auditing, commercial finance and running an e-commerce business.

Prior to joining Urban Foresight, Jacob worked in the corporate finance team at UNW LLP. His broad spectrum of experience includes due diligence, disposals, financial modelling and business valuations.

He also worked in the audit team at UNW LLP with a range of clients and industries, both in the public and private sector. He was involved in the accounts preparation in line with FRS102 and IFRS accounting standards.

After graduation, he worked as an auditor at Deloitte LLP, focusing on companies in different sectors, from manufacturing to US GAAP companies.

Jacob holds an Associate of Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Finance and Economics from Newcastle University.

Whilst at university, he was the president of the trading and investments society and worked as a campus brand manager for a student marketing company.
