Joshua is a consultant with a passion for electric mobility and future transport technologies.

Before joining Urban Foresight, Joshua led the UK’s Electric Vehicle (EV) strategy for a commercial telematic provider. His main function included adopting a data-driven approach to advise vehicle fleets on their EV transition.

Joshua also worked as a freelance EV consultant. Some of his projects included evaluating the impact of an electric, shared, connected and autonomous transport network on the US economy, as well as building a vehicle total cost of ownership model to support the financial decision to transition to an electric alternative for a mobility service provider.

Joshua holds a MSc in International Public Policy, with a dissertation focusing on the impact of EV policy in the UK at University College London, and holds a BSc in Finance and Investment Management.
