Phil has been in Dundee for 10 years. He originally relocated to the city to pursue his studies at Abertay University, where he earned a First-Class Honours degree in Game Design and Production Management. His academic achievements were recognised when he received the David Carnegie Prize for the best dissertation of his year. After graduating, Phil had a successful career in video game project management and academia, specialising in the field of e-learning and gamification.

Phil is a highly organised individual with exceptional communication skills. He finds great fulfilment in supporting those around him. He is dedicated to enhancing the well-being and experiences of his colleagues, fostering a workplace that is easier, safer, and more enjoyable for all.
