Sally has a keen interest in supporting bid activity end to end from capture through to project launch.  Having previously worked in the defence, utilities, transportation and information technology sectors she has a broad experience of both bid and project management.    

Sally strives to foster strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.  She has led global teams to deliver multi-million pound tenders and has developed strong networking skills through working in partnership with consortia.   

Following completion of her BA(Hons) at Newcastle University in Geography and English Linguistics, Sally became a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. Sally was recognised with a SMART Acquisition award by the UK Ministry of Defence for her contribution to an innovation project which substantially reduced the cost and timeline for its battle tank fleet repair project. 

During her time working in the water industry, Sally worked in the waste water team with a focus on project delivery to protect the environment through pollution and sewer flooding reduction initiatives.  As part of this role, she represented her organisation at national groups and conferences.
