Kristina joined Urban Foresight in 2016 and has over 20 years’ experience working as a Human Resource professional.

She is currently responsible for all recruitment in the company and enjoys finding new talent. Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills, Kristina loves working for an organisation that has such a strong focus on places and people.

Prior to joining Urban Foresight she worked for companies such as Ernst and Young, National Audit Office and KPMG. Her role at KPMG in Auckland, New Zealand saw her oversee the Graduate Recruitment Programme, where she was involved in recruiting overseas students and designing training programmes for new Graduates.

Kristina is a registered associate member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and holds a BA (hons) in Business Management.
